Frequently Asked Questions

  • Why did you change from Cocobump.com to Cocolife.black
'We are glad to announce that we recently rebranded our website name from ‘CocoBump.com' to ‘CocoLife.black' and we would be officially entitled by the rebranded name from now onwards. Essentially, one of the major bump box companies reached out to us recently and requested to change our brand name, apprehending customers could confuse our brands which might hamper their presence in the market. It's definitely a big high for a new brand like us to find that a decade-old company is apprehensive of a shaken hold in the market due to our brand. In other words, their reaching out to us somewhere conveys that, despite being a relatively new name in the market, we have been able to develop a strong influence in the Black community and our audience does appreciate our curated resources as well as phenomenal retail which includes our highly sought after Coco boxes."
